Appeal to Labour Court

I have appealed a recent WRC deci­sion to the Labour Court. The deci­sion appealed was not con­sis­tent with evi­dence sub­mit­ted and is not good law. It is impor­tant for me and oth­er can­cer sur­vivors return­ing to work that the Labour Court adju­di­cate on these mat­ters. I will be mak­ing no fur­ther com­ment pend­ing the appeal which will take place in due course.
